Xóm Nông Trại — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the game Xóm Nông Trại ("the game", "we") collects when you play it on the web, on iOS or on Android, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect
When you start playing
- A random device ID that the game creates on your device, so that you can play as a guest without signing up.
- A display name (generated for you, which you can change) and the avatar you pick from the game's built-in set.
If you save your account
- A username and a password. We store the password only as a secure hash (scrypt); we never see or keep the password itself.
- If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, we receive and keep only the account ID that the provider gives us. We do not store your email address.
While you play
- Your game progress: your farm, items, coins, quests, the province and village you choose, friends, gifts, visits and leaderboard results.
- Your messages: public chat (global, province, village and hamlet channels) and private messages to other players.
- Reports you send about other players, including a copy of the reported message.
- Feedback and bug reports you send. They can include:
- a picture of the game screen (you can remove it before sending);
- images you choose to attach;
- technical details: your browser or device type, screen size, graphics settings, frame rate and recent error messages.
Technical information
- When you log in: your IP address, your browser or app user agent, the device ID and the time.
- Performance information about how the game runs on your device: graphics chip name, number of processor cores, memory class, screen density, frame rate and loading time. We use it to choose the right graphics quality and to fix slow devices.
- Gameplay statistics (for example "a crop was harvested"), which can be linked to your account. We use them to understand how the game is played and to balance it.
Payments on the website
- Top-ups on the website are paid through MoMo, ZaloPay or VNPay. We keep the order number, the package and the amount. Your card or wallet details go directly to the payment provider and never reach our servers.
- The iOS and Android apps do not offer purchases at the moment. If they do later, purchases will go through the App Store or Google Play, and this policy will be updated.
What we do not collect
- Your real name, email address, phone number or location.
- Your contacts, or photos other than the ones you choose to attach to feedback.
- Any advertising identifier.
The apps contain no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking tools. On Android the app asks only for internet access.
2. How we use it
- To run the game: save your progress, show your farm to friends, deliver chat and private messages, and run leaderboards and events.
- To keep the game fair and safe:
- moderate chat;
- review reports;
- limit the number of requests and detect cheating or abuse of invitation rewards. This includes comparing device IDs and IP addresses when a new player joins through an invitation.
- To support you and to fix bugs and performance problems.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
3. What other players can see
Your display name, avatar, level, the province and village you chose, your farm, when you were last active, your leaderboard results and your public chat messages. Private messages are visible only to you and the other player.
4. Who else receives information
We do not share your information with third parties, except:
- Service providers that run the game for us:
- Cloudflare, which carries the game's internet traffic;
- our server hosting.
- The provider you choose:
- Google, Apple or Facebook if you sign in with them;
- MoMo, ZaloPay or VNPay if you pay on the website;
- your browser's notification service if you allow web notifications.
- Our team, through internal tools, when they handle reports, refunds or support requests. These tools include:
- a messaging service for internal approvals (Telegram), which receives a display name and the reason for the request;
- an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude), which can read feedback and report text with display names. It never receives IP addresses, device IDs or images.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it

6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the game: Settings → Delete account.
- Your sessions end immediately and your private conversations are deleted, for you and for the other player.
- For 30 days you can cancel the deletion by logging in again.
- After 30 days:
- we delete your sign-in details, device ID, the IP addresses and devices of your logins, your notifications, your messages, your feedback and the reports you sent, your friends list, your own farm activity log and your gameplay statistics;
- we give your village plot and your hamlet role to other players;
- your name is replaced everywhere with "Người chơi đã xoá" (deleted player), and your avatar is removed;
- what is left of your farm and game history is no longer linked to you or to anything that could identify you. Records of purchases are kept for accounting (see §5).
- After that, signing in again from the same device starts a new account.
You can also ask us at lh.tino92.vn@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your information. We answer within 30 days.
7. Security
- All connections to the game are encrypted (HTTPS).
- Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Where your information is stored
Our servers are located in Vietnam. If you play from another country, your information is transferred there. We protect it as described in this policy, whatever the country.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access your information;
- correct it or delete it;
- object to how we use it;
- withdraw your consent;
- complain to your data protection authority (for example under Thailand's or Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act).

11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is important, we will also tell you in the game.
